Our focus is on business groups and family groups that visit the Northern Virginia and the DMV area outside Washington, D.C. Groups can range from 4 to 16+ depending on property capacity, though we also rent smaller units to individuals on business or leisure in the DMV area.

The lease term for our typical clients is 1-7 days, but any property that is available can be leased according to the requirements of our customers.
