Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refunds:

• Terms of cancellation (Cancellations can be made up to 3 days before the booking)
• State of departure (the property must not be damaged upon departure. Cleaning fees are included in every quote)
• Process of refund (cancellations for guest stays can be refunded in cases of advance payment, with a 25% fee of the booked stay)
